Abstract
Dieser Datensatz enthält Daten, die in einer mikrobiologischen Studie über Mutagene erfaßt wurden. Jeweils drei mit Ames salmonella infizierte Agarplatten wurden mit fünf verschieden konzentrierten Chinolinlösungen behandelt (insgesamt 15 Platten).Von Interesse war dabei der Zusammenhang zwischen der Chinolinkonzentration und der auf der Platte sichtbaren Anzahl der rückmutierten Ames Salmonella-Kolonien.
