Es handelt sich zum einen um soziolinguistische Forschungsdaten, die im Rahmen problemzentrierter Interviews mit Proband:innen aus Giazza (Provinz Verona) und Lusern (Provinz Trient) erhoben wurden. Die Forschungsdaten enthalten Informationen zur Identitätskonstruktion der Sprecher:innen der zimbrischen Minderheitengruppe im Kontext von Mehrsprachigkeit im Spannungsfeld zwischen der Mehrheitssprache Italienisch und der Minderheitensprache Zimbrisch. Zum anderen enthält der Datensatz die phonetischen Transkriptionen der sprachstrukturellen Auswertung.
