    <abstract>
      <item>
        <name>During the revision process of the publication titled &quot;Toxin Data Quality: A Critical Examination of Bacterial Exotoxins and Animal Toxins&quot;, it was mentioned the lack of fungal toxins in the set. We expanded the data to contain fungi peptide toxins. The file contains dataset (288 fungi peptide toxins found in UniProt and PubMed), the dataset analysis and comparison with Animal and Bacterial Toxins, code for redundancy reduction, data analysis and methods in the supplementary file.
