This dataset contains supplementary tables to the associated article "Antimicrobial resistance of Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Streptococcus agalactiae, and Streptococcus canis in quarter milk samples from Bavaria, Southern Germany, between 2012 and 2022". The article was submitted to the The Journal of Dairy Science. 
The supplementary tables show the distribution of the different isolates in the breakpoint analysis for the different antimicrobial agents over the years.
