    <abstract>
      <item>
        <name>This data set relates to portable X-ray fluorescence (p-XRF) data. It contains, on the one hand, a R-Skript describing the Munich Procedure, an improved way of developing and selecting linear regressions by defining quality benchmarks for the correction criteria and hence the coefficient correction factors derived from them. It also includes its application to Niton XL3t data: In total, four coefficient corrections based on the comparison of WD-XRF and p-XRF data generated from the same ancient pottery sample set and five coefficient corrections for intra-device adjustment are presented. Analytical, processed and scripted data as well as graphical output is provided. The scripted data include R-scripts for each coefficient correction and an additional R-script explaining the calculations and decision making processes when applying the Munich Procedure.</name>
