The redundant target paradigm has been widely employed to assess blindsight in patients with homonymous visual field defects.
The present review evaluates its diagnostic utility on the basis of published findings, with particular emphasis on estimates of sensitivity, specificity, and reliability.
The provided files comprise data derived from previously published studies, together with analyses of the corresponding confidence intervals.
For further methodological details, please refer to the present manuscript.


The following files are provided:
- RTP Review.R : R analysis to calculate confidence intervals for estimates of sensitivity, specificity, and reliability;
		 and to create Figure 1 showing positive and negative predictive values
- PostStyleApa.R : is used by RTP Review.R to create the figure
- RTP Review Data.csv: data is loaded by R analysis file and used to calculate the confidence intervals
- RTP Review CodeBook.csv: code book for excel-data file, explains all columns
- RTP Review R Output Command Window.txt : copy of the command window output when running the R analysis

To run the R analysis:
1) Open RTP Review.R in R Studio
2) Define the current directory in line 20 and in line 93;
   this folder needs to contain the files: RTP Review.R, PostStyleApa.R, and RTP Review Data.csv
3) Run the R analysis
