This dataset contains all raw data underlying each main Figure and Extended Data Figure from the publication “Ablation of prostaglandin E2-signaling through dual receptor knock-out in CAR T cells enhances therapeutic efficacy in solid tumors”.

All files are organized into .zip folders, each corresponding to a particular Figure and its corresponding Extended Data Figure. Within each .zip folder, subfolders are provided for every subfigure.

For each experiment, an accompanying .xlsx file contains relevant metadata, definitions of abbreviations, and additional information necessary for interpretation.

Additional details regarding data generation, experimental procedures, and analyses can be found in the Materials and Methods section of the associated publication.
