This dataset contains tabulated SAXS data of three beam times at the P12 (2021/2022) and P63 (2024) beamlines at DESY in Hamburg/Germany.
The first column is q in inverse nanometer. The second column is the intensity without normalization. The third column is the error in intensity.
For the P12 measurements (2021/2022), the measured samples are listed in Excel files named "Sample overview.csv".
The P63 measurements (2024) contains SM-102 data, which is sorted by buffer and pH.
Meta data like beam energy, exposure time, and detector model is included in each file below the measurement data.
