Folder "Figure 2": Contains "Raw Data Points" folder in which the raw data of the graphs displayed in figure 2 is stored either in .txt or .ods files and the "Raw Images" Folder in which raw .tif files captured by the microscope are stored (For beads). For the DNA Accumulation, the files are in .jpg format, as their values correspond to c/c0 of dissolved DNA. 2. Folder "Figure 3": Contains "Raw Data" folder in which the raw data of the graphs displayed in figure 3 is stored in .txt files and the "Figure 3a FRET Images" Folder in which .jpg files captured by the microscope are stored (For FRET Values). It also contains the "Raw Images" folder in which the raw .tif files, captured by the FRET microscope are stored. Additionally, the raw .tif images from the melting curve used to determine the alpha and beta values are stored in the folder "Melting Curve" 3. Folder "Figure 4": Contains "Raw Data Points" folder in which the raw data of the graphs displayed in figure 4c is stored either in a .txt file. Contains "Raw Images" Folder in which the raw images of all 3 repeats of FLUX ON and FLUX OFF measurements are stored as .tif files. 4. Folder "Figure 3-figure supplement 2" containts the data used in form of .pxp files (Igor Pro file format, can however be opened with other free software as well. Additionally, .PDF files containing the graphs are stored here. 5. Folder "Figure 3-figure supplement 3" containts the data used in form of .pxp files (Igor Pro file format, can however be opened with other free software as well. Additionally, .PDF files containing the graphs are stored here. 6. Folder "Appendix 9-figure 1" containts the data used in form of .pxp files (Igor Pro file format, can however be opened with other free software as well. Additionally the data is saved in a tab delimited .txt file. 7. The file "COMSOL Simulation File Schwintek et al.mph" is the COMSOL Multiphysics 5.4 simulation file used throughout the paper. It contains DNA accumulation simulations, evaporation dynamics, flowspeeds, MgCl accumulation as well as calculated results and images. 8. The folder LabView Programs contains two folders. One containing the FRET analysis tool used to calculate the FRET per pixel values for figure 3 using the images stored in "Figure 3\Raw Images". The other containing the Program used to calculate the salt and product concentration along the random walk path stored in "Figure 3\Raw Data".
